About Us

Ainhoa is a social cooperative born from a project built on many years of experience in both the catering industry and the social sector. It is driven by a spirit that is innovative, youthful, and capable of engaging with major local realities.

We provide excellent catering services to both private clients and businesses, suitable for every event — including weddings, birthdays, baptisms, conferences, business meetings, and any special occasion worth celebrating.

Food as a Means of Social Empowerment

One more reason to choose our catering is the social mission of our cooperative: we create real work placement opportunities for disadvantaged and vulnerable people. The goal of our service is to help individuals regain their right to work.

We focus on two main objectives for the people we support:

  • Providing a genuine source of income through meaningful employment
  • Offering an environment for social reintegration and the development of valuable work skills

This is structured through a personalized pathway shared with the individual and, when applicable, other supporting organizations. Depending on each person’s situation, various forms of contracts may be used — from internships and work grants to full employment.

Throughout the process, training, skill development, and respect for workplace standards are fundamental.
